What's the difference between regular neon and LED neon?
Regular neon signs use glass tubes filled with gas, while LED neon signs use flexible silicone tubes with energy-efficient LED lights. The key differences are:

How can I be sure my custom design will translate well into a neon sign?
Our Neon Canvas tool allows you to review and finalize your design before submitting your order. This ensures you have the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments and confirm your design meets your expectations prior to production.
How are Neon Wizz® signs made?
Neon Wizz's indoor signs are meticulously handcrafted according to your approved design, using LED flex on an acrylic backing. The materials utilized are PVC and acrylic, while our outdoor signage range is constructed with high-quality LED lights fully enclosed in acrylic and boasting an IP67 Waterproof rating. Our signs feature no fragile glass, neon gas, or mercury, ensuring longevity and safety for indoor and outdoor use.
Can you print an image on my sign?
Neon Wizz provides UV printing, a fantastic method to add a sharp, vibrant colored image or text on the backboard of our signs. UV printing is available on any acrylic and can be printed in any color. Simply provide us with your Pantone code or CMYK breakdown, and we can match it if you use a specific color. It's an exceptional way to capture finer details, such as gradients or elements of your design that may be too small for LED Neon.
Shipping Information
What are the shipping costs?
Neon Wizz® is pleased to provide free Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States. Our current shipping time frame, which includes production and delivery, is 7-10 days. If you're collaborating with a Neon Wizz® designer, they will ensure that your order is processed within the specified time frame.
United States Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping (7-10 days): Complimentary for all orders, encompassing both production and delivery time.
Please note that all Neon Wizz® LED neon light signs are meticulously handcrafted. The lead time specified above accounts for both production and delivery. As we currently only offer the Standard Shipping option, there is no need to select a shipping method during the checkout process.
*Custom orders may have different production times depending on their complexity. Your Neon Wizz® designer will inform you of any variations in lead time for these specialized orders, ensuring that you are aware of any adjustments to the standard 7-10 day time frame.
What should I do if my Neon Wizz sign is damaged during transit?
In the rare event that your Neon Wizz sign sustains damage during transit, we will ensure a prompt resolution.
Upon delivery, we advise inspecting your Neon Wizz parcel. To qualify for a replacement, you must report any damage within 14 days of delivery. Beyond this period, our standard returns and refunds policy will apply, and the warranty will not cover the damage. Note that the courier delivery date can be found in your tracking email.
If your item appears damaged within the 14-day claim window, please email your LED Neon Designer or info@neonwizz.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the sign's damage,
- A clear photo of the box, highlighting any damage to the outer box,
- A clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
What if my sign is lost or stolen?
Neon Wizz takes every precaution to ensure our signs are safely delivered to our customers. We use a premium express shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery. Customers can request to opt-out of the signature on delivery requirement directly through the shipping service once the shipment process has begun. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of the signature on delivery requirement, Neon Wizz cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen parcels marked as 'delivered' by the shipping service.
Returns & Warranty
What is Neon Wizz's policy on returns?
Neon Wizz provides returns and refunds exclusively for faulty products. We are committed to resolving any issues and may offer solutions such as repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund for the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the product cost and/or shipping fees, is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the fault's origin, and is at Neon Wizz's sole discretion.
What is Neon Wizz®'s returns procedure?
Please contact us at info@neonwizz.com, specifying the products you wish to return and the reason, along with a short video and photos of the sign. Both video and photos are required for diagnostic and quality purposes; our ability to resolve the issue may be limited without them. Once we receive the necessary information, we will reach out to address the problem.
If a return is approved, please ensure the faulty product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The item must be sent back to Neon Wizz within 14 days of receiving it.
In the event of an agreed-upon replacement, Neon Wizz will strive to produce and ship the new product promptly. If a full or partial refund is approved, we will inform you of the expected refund timeline.
Does my new sign come with a warranty?
Neon Wizz offers a 12-month warranty that covers electrical components under appropriate use. Please note that Indoor Signs are not suitable for outdoor or wet environments and using them inappropriately will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be determined between Neon Wizz and the purchaser, dependent on the fault's source.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs:
Neon Wizz is not responsible for any installation or uninstallation costs incurred with your sign. In the unlikely event of a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back for replacement or repair. If your sign was installed and/or hardwired, we do not assume responsibility for any expenses incurred for uninstallation and/or re-installation. We reserve the right to determine if the fault is covered under our 24-month warranty for hardwired signs.
